1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the Committee and also Llyr Gruffydd MS, Chair of Finance Committee.

1.3 The Chair welcomed Darren Millar MS to the Committee, following the election held in Plenary on 26 January 2021, and thanked Angela Burns MS for her work on the Committee.
